At present I find myself preoccupied by altar paintings(i.e.Saint Godlieve at the Met) in Medieval art, occult religions and their rituals, “global” urban renewal, deserted structures, (i.e. houses, factories, etc) and thier subsequent rediscovery and use. I investigate stories seeking parables of mankind's wisdom, paint as its historical alchemy, old world craft, such as paper making, as a nuanced form of things of value being replaced, dying or simply being disregarded.
